A holiday visit to the local elderly home to provide hygiene supplies and spend time with residents who often lack family support.
What we did
During the holiday season, the Rotaract Club of Zgharta Zawie, in collaboration with the Interact Club of Zgharta Zawie, organized its annual visit to the local Elderly Home Center. Our team donated hygiene products and milk to support the residents’ daily needs. To make the visit more joyful, we also brought cake and juice and spent time with the residents, sharing music, conversations, and moments of companionship. Beyond the donations, the goal of the visit was to remind the residents that they are valued and remembered. It was a meaningful experience for our members and a simple way to spread warmth and kindness during the holiday season.
